HB4002 HFA Dittman, Fehrenbacher and Riley 1-23 #1

Delegates Dittman, Fehrenbacher and Riley move to amend the committee substitute on page 3, section 1, line 45, by striking subdivision 4 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(4) The Collaboratory may allocate funds for equipment, or capital improvements at any property owned or operated by a state institution of higher education necessary to carry out research and development projects in which the Collaboratory has funded completely or in part.”
